We still believe in the personal touch, and always will. When you call North Star, you get a person, not voice mail. Our office staff are ready to serve you from 8 am to 5 pm (PST) Monday through Friday. And as a customer, we can provide you emergency after hours numbers as well.

Need manuals, documents, or other materials, but it's
3 am!
No problem, each North Star customer has their own web page with
various job specific downloads available. Check schedules and
other information at your leisure. It's all secure on our
server and managed by our onsite I.T. department.
